Hi 
I've found a html system that seems to be accessible for the most part. It's a 
so called "wysiwyg" (what you see is what you get) editor that is you don't 
need to know a heck of a lot about html coding, although you can code if you 
wish. The program is quite pricy, but for folks who donät want to mess around 
with the code it may just be a good app. The app is called RapidWeaver.
