you're not the only one.  The simple fact is this.  It cannot be done at all on 
the Mac side.  The work around is to manually create the folder in to which 
Audible books will go and then make sure you bring over the Audibleactivate.sys 
file from the old card to the new one.  Do yourself a huge favor and be very 
sure not to lose that file.
