Yes there is a known issue with some Braille displays and bluetooth 
connections. Apple is working on the issue, but not sure when a fix will be 
available.
You might want to send a note to [email protected] and let them know the 
problem you are experiencing, the fact you are connecting via bluetooth, the 
type of display, firmware revision if known, and any other info that might help.
Can you send me more info off list about the display? I'm looking for any
