Hi, Ezzy: Open Preferences and interact with the tool bar; press the Calls button. VO right to the "set up voice mail," button, and click it. Of the two unlabeled buttons in that pane, the one on the left is "record," and the one to the right of it is "listen." Find me if you need further help with it.
