Hi Louie: Just a thought: I would be a new dropbox user if it weren't fraught with so many issues. There is some strength in numbers. So, it's possible to have some effect if more people try to get their attention. The other thing to do is ask the Apple accessibility team to contact the developers. It can't hurt.
