Right,

Its not upgrading or not upgrading.  Its the reasons one might use to do 
either.  If you get terrible AT&T service like you do, it sounds very sensible 
to me to grab an iPhone 4.  Or if your phone is falling apart.  I just urge 
people, especially blind people, to try to keep current with hardware if they 
can.  It could mean enhanced accessibility, and or, productivity.  For example, 
the addition of LED flash, a faster processor, and a better camera, probably 
leads to better and faster results using an app like oMoby, and aid colors.  
Just running voiceover or zoom takes a way from the devices resources that 
sighted people don't need to compensate for.  In the case of the limited 
offering of the unlimited data plan from VZ, I think people should think long 
and hard about this.  Do you have reliable wifi access at home, work, school, 
or other places you spend a lot of time?  Does your usage now, 
comes
 anywhere near lets say 2GB of data a month?  Depending on the answers, you 
might not even need an unlimited data plan.
