Ok Mathew, Try this:
Go back to your main list table for the server admin, and highlight your server. Then VO right, and you will see the share points just as for the AFP service among others. You can also access shared volumes and points from there. If you vo right a few times you will get to a list. If you end up with users, you are in the wrong tab. you should see your server's name in the list as well as the users and groups and public folders which are by default accessible by the administrator's account.
