ahh ok you wish to change between using numbers and arrows!
Well I do not know that key stroke!
But you could try putting on keyboard help, vo+k and press different key 
combinations on the numpad to see which combo does what you need!
to stop keyboard help just press escape!
Or someone will tell you the key stroke!
But have a play with vo+k anyway for fun!
