You have to get the correct app, the one with the accessibility plug in. That 
install was totally accessible and I have used it to read a couple books I 
can't find in accessible e-book form anywhere else. I always check IBooks 
first. I'd much prefer to support IBooks that any other form of Ebook, because 
it is by far the most accessible mainstream ebook app. But the selection just 
isn't up to what others offer, and that pc application with the accessibility 
plug in does have a fully accessible installation provess and registration 
process.
