Hi Marc.

I'm sorry if this mail has been answered before. When this happens, you can 
choose the caller window by bringing up the window chooser in the skype window. 
When you get a call, a new window pops up and this window won't always be at 
the front which means it's hidden behind the Skype main window. Therefore you 
can find it using the window chooser.
Hope that helps and explain why it doesn't work all the time.
