Yep that's correct, OS10.5 Leopard is the last edition which will run on Power 
PC's but two things to bare in mind here and this is from my own personal 
experience with Leopard on a G4 Ibook.

Performance is very sluggish compared to the Intel machines.

Second, if you can I would certainly advise you to upgrade to an Intel Mac and 
take full advantage of everything extra that Snow Leopard offers the Voiceover 
user and the selection of enhancements are huge, everything from enhanced 
surfing on the internet to far better Voiceover performance and accessibility 
for software.

there are some very nice deals on Mac machines going round so you may like to 
contact your local apple reseller or search on Ebay, I know someone who picked 
up an Imac 20 inch 2007 model for $500.00, that's a giveaway and I ought to 
know! I'm using the same model right now <smile>.
