Hi Louie.  In your whistle session, you want to go in to advanced recording 
options, and make sure the radio button for megamix mode is selected.  This 
records all input and output audio streams from an application.  However, for 
some reason when you're recording you hear your voice coming back through the 
headphones.  I haven't yet found a way around this.
