I totally agree--however, as I work at OSU (at least in my particular work place), receipts are an obligatory annoyance. Also, as my mail is on an exchange server, I think Outlook has a slight advantage over Mail as far as Exchange support. If I were to use Gmail or some other non-exchange form of email, then Mail, I'm sure, would equal or exceed Outlook.
