Sorry, I seem to be doing this a lot today. Turned the mouse off now
LOL.

With my set up, I can just copy entire albums or whatever to the
itunes folder. My full path is:

~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Automatically add to iTunes

Then iTunes moves it round, and everything's good.

See my suggestion for importing above - that'll chuck everything into
it's propper place, be it a 2 second MP3 loops, or 500 folders of M4A
files. Also, if it's an audio book, I've been using AudioBook Builder
(available from the app store now). It's about £6, and it's totally
accessible, not to mention brilliantly simple for making M4B's out of
straight MP3 / M4A files. I usually use it in conjuction with
Soundgrinder and / or Macs (not sure if they're available from the App
store or not), they convert between file types, then I can use Audio
book builder to create the final result, chapter markers, the works.

As for playing a particular folder, not as far as I know, but you'll
get used to not needing it (the same as me, as a Winamp user
originally); and interacting with the "Playlist browser" instead, and
finding the appropriate artist / album.

Yes. I tend to go by album, but by song will be the same result. Find
and select whatever you want, so if it's a collection of songs, you
can use the shift and arrow keys in the songs list (make sure you've
interacted first for next step to be successful). When you've got the
ones you want, use control + option + shift + m (so VO-shift-m), which
does a right mouse click or something, not sure what the sighted equiv
is, which should bring up a menu. Then go down to "Add to playlist",
and find the playlist you want. That's how I sync my iPhone, iPod, and
my friend's iPod, which is also syncing with my library, without any
leakage. If the menu doesn't come up, chances are, you're not
interacting with the songs list, do this with VO-shift-down arrow.

Don't forget, iTunes is first and foremost designed for the sighted,
so I would honestly be surprised if you can put sound files (Which I
assume your described films are), into the movies area. Instead, you
could build them into an audiobook (see my answer above), and chuck
them into your books section, same with the books, or just go command
i, and tell iTunes they're books.

HTH, and sorry for all the ramblings.
