Hey could somebody that uses signatures try the following...

open Applescript editor and  put the following in the edit area then hit 
command-R for run.

tell application "Mail"
get the properties of the first item of signatures
end tell


If I see the results of this I might be able to help with the moving of 
signatures to an account.
