Hi Christine, I'm afraid Word for Mac, along with the other Office programs for Mac, are not accessible with VoiceOver last I heard. Now, I've not tried them myself, so someone who knows differently feel free to correct me. Is there something specific in Word you need to do? TextEdit is good for basic word processing, or if you want more power you might look into Apple's Pages. If you don't mind a system which isn't quite as well integrated into the Mac, OpenOffice is another possibility. Is there a compelling reason you need Word and no other program will do the trick?
