Hi Donna, If your husband is authorized to use the same iTunes Store account as you, then it is no problem at all. That is, if he's on your Home Sharing or if you both have the same iTunes Store account, then the DRM will allow for that, otherwise, you'll have to use your computer or temporarily authorize his computer with your iTunes Store authorization.
