Hi Cheree, X slimmer and cocktail are used to get rid of unused files in applications, system preferences, or others. Such as universal binaries with ppc compatible code, localizations and other files packaged in the bundles for wide compatibility. Saves up hundred megs here and there, and smoothens the experience.
