Hi: You can choose the episode you want to download, press vo/backslash to expand the podcast, vo/shift/m to the context menu, arrow up once and press return to download it. If you want to download all of them, expand the podcast list, then while on the podecast hname, press vo/m and arrow up to the get all podcasts choice and hit return. Hope that helps.
