Hello Johchi, You might want to give Bento a try. I can't personally speak to it's accessibility or functionality, but others on this list have said it is accessible. You can get a free 30 day trial to get a feel for it. If Bento doesn't meet your functionality needs, I think the next step up is it's big sibling FileMaker. They are both put out by the company named FileMaker, which I think has some sort of connection with Apple.
