I don't understand why these functions even exist for text to speech. I do not 
need to resize any windows, or even move them. I can't see them, so why bother. 
I can understand why someone with limited vision would need these functions. 
they can still see the screen (minimally) and having windows resized to better 
fit their needs would be a plus. shouldn't these be in the visual portion of 
the universal accessibility settings applet?
