Hi, I've had good success using the add people command myself. You need to click the mouse with vo-shift-space on the name you want to add, and then just hit the Add button. It works nicely for existing calls. I've not yet tried setting up a conference from the get go, though calling one back after you've hung up is a piece of cake. Best, Zack.
