Thanks for the other tip Mike about the brightness. I really don't wanna do that though, as like I said originally, I do! have some usable vision, although for a lot of us on here, that's a wonderful tip, so having said that, do you know with a Macbook which of the 12 function keys is your brightness? Isn't it F1, and F2?

Open the voiceover utility with control option f8, choose the visuals tab, this will allow you to disable these things. Also, if you turn the brightness all the way down, your battery will last much longer.

I'll bet if I turned vo off, I'd not see it.

So, question is, how do I disable it from showing that thing.
