On the mac I use the mobile facebook site and facely hd on my iphone. For twitter i use twitter or twezr on the iphone when i want to update fb and twitter simultaneously. I use standard twitter on the mac with liberal use of the item chooser and web rotors. Write me if you need help with this. Christine
