Dear Carolyn,
At the Chase bank web site I would bring up the statement.  In order to 
download it, I had to go to file and choose print.  Then in the printer 
dialogue  box near the end was a pop-up menu labelled PDF.  One of the choices  
was to save as a pdf.  Once you choose this the save as dialogue box comes up . 
 I then could save it where I wanted.
