Dear Carolyn, At the Chase bank web site I would bring up the statement. In order to download it, I had to go to file and choose print. Then in the printer dialogue box near the end was a pop-up menu labelled PDF. One of the choices was to save as a pdf. Once you choose this the save as dialogue box comes up . I then could save it where I wanted.
I hope this helps. Sincerely Yours, robert On Apr 17, 2011, at 7:12 PM, carolyn Haas wrote: > Hi everyone: > I'm having difficulty with my banking website.
