Hi Tony,
My admittedly limited experience with bookmarks has only dealt with bookmarks
in the bookmarks menu, not the specific circumstances you describe. However,
in that case, all you need to do is select the bookmark from the menu in the
usual way, and it will open properly. THe Show all Bookmarks item is, I
believe, intended for bookmark editing rather than selection. You'll notice
when you use cmd-d to add a bookmark there is a popup in the Add Bookmark
dialog, from which you can select bookmarks menu as your destination.
Best,
Zack.
