Hello Georges, There are no iPad versions of theWeather, Clock and Calculator apps that come pre-installed in iPhones and (I guess) iPods.
For an alarm clock, try Alarmed. For weather, I've heard good things of Pocket Weather and Weather Bug, but you can also just use: http://braille.wunderground.com/ For a calculator I have no idea... anyone have a good suggestion?
