Having a hearing problem, I think, contributes to the style and speed of voice I use. I speed up and add testosterone to the Fred voice because I find I can listen to long strings of it and comprehend it. However, I would prefer that all my devices spoke in sexy female voices, just cause ... well just cause that's how I am. ;) I haven't found one, except possibly the Cepstryl voices like Callie and Amy and ... Kathy? However, they ended up grabbing and holding memory, at least on the evil operating system which shall not be named. Maybe on the Mac, Cepstryl would play nicely with VO. I haven't the money to experiment and find out. :)
