Hi Jorge, that male voice you hear when you sink the shuffle to the Mac is called Alex. Unfortunately that voice is only available when you sink it to the Mac. When sinked to a PC, you hear that female voice you speak of. There's a youtube video that explains that entitled MS Sam Vs. Mac Alex. There are 2 episodes, and the first episode has 2 parts to it.
