If you do some searching on Google you will find a number of resources and 
would avoid posting off topic messages. HOwever, as a start you have to first 
figure out which distro you would want to use and if you are interested in the 
shell only or the GUI. So, SPeakup for the shell and Orca for the GUI. Of 
course Debian would be a good start.
