It is, as someone correctly pointed out, great to use both. Trackpad is great for browsing and exploring the screen whereas the keyboard is great for typing and performing action while you are typing. One great thing about Trackpad is that you can define your own custom gestures. MacOS has its own appeal, not to be compared to Windows7. A smart computer user these days should probably have both. :) Vic
