Hello. You use the command key for windows and the option key for the alt
key. To switch between windows and the Mac and vice Versa use command+tab.
No you don't have to turn off your Windows Screen reader. For best
performance, I turn off Voice Over when I'm working in Windows.

Subject: windows and VFfution?

Hello, so I know you can run windows on a mac with VFution, what I want to
know is, what keys do I use for alt and windows when I'm using the windows
side of things, and I know someone said that they run side by side, but how
do you switch between the 2, and do you have to turn off voice over when
working with windows, and vice versa, do you have to turn off your windows
screen reader when not using windows? Thanks.
