There are some good new features. What concerns me though is that it will only be available through the app store, there seems to be no way to get an install DVD. I know it creates a recovery partition on your drive and you can use that to reinstall, but what happens if your hard drive crashes and you replace it? You can certainly restore from an external drive, I don't know, I just prefer to have my operating system available for reinstall using DVD as well, but it doesn't look like Apple will even be selling that.
