Joanne, I'm in the absolute same boat. I was a windows user forever, and my machine is now in the process of dying. So, I bought a Mac. I'm finding it quite overwhelming. I keep tweeting all these questions to Mac users that I know, and I do feel quite stupid at times. So, I, too, shall be grateful for any tips people have to offer.
