Hi Kevin:
Some sites work with Safari Reader.  When you get to the page that has the 
article, press cmd-shift-r.  Vo will start reading the article on some sites.
I never heard of a way to get to text other than trying headings.  The other 
thing you can try is a search for the first word in the title.
