I am so sorry for your network issues. There are few things more irritating than trying to troubleshoot a network problem. Be that as it may: Is it possible that your router has been reset or experienced a power surge lately? Do you have a Ethernet cable to test the router? If you have an iPhone, iPad, etc, have you experienced any problems initiating WiFi? Mark On Jun 11, 2011, at 10:03 AM, carolyn Haas wrote: > Hi Mike: > I did try using control-f8.
