I don't know if this is exactly what you want, but I really like remember the milk. There's not a native mac app for it, but there are a lot of ways to get tasks in to it including the web, e-mail and twitter. I use a dashboard widget which allows me to quickly enter tasks, and check them off when completed. I think you can also make it work with iCal.
