That's not true, if you press the sleep/wake button 6 times quickly, it'll
turn the phone off and on, which resets VO.As far as your VoiceOver not
talking after dipping below 20%, I've never had that happen to me.

the only issues i've had with vo dying on the IPhone are that sometimes
voiceover will stuffer really badly and the only way of fixing this issue is
to turn off the phone and turn it back on.
