Hi Kliphton!
OK you need to import any sounds you have into your sounds folder in your 
library on your home directory!
Then when you open that add/remove item in that table of sounds in mail!
You will be taken to where your own sounds now reside!
Also although you can only use one for your new message!
Any others can be used in Skype if you would like your own [lets say] new 
contact request sound!
If you do not want them to speak!
