Hi,

Two things you may like to try.  First make sure that VO is on the folder, not 
any specific Podcast title, and try the VO-shift-m.  If that doesn't work, 
usually you can press VO-shift-m on the Podcast folder, like in the first 
option, choosing "Update Podcast" then trying the "download All Available 
Podcasts" option.
