There is something called forgetful. It does what you want. You can input
audio notes, you can input written text, or even a short video containing
your reminder. Set the time and it becomes pending, meaning that it shows in
the pending tab. When it is due, in other words when the date and time that
you once set is reached, the alarm goes off, and you hear the note if you
ask for it. Moreover, you can then shove the reminder ahead into the future,
to handle it then. Forgetful. It's in the app store.

Hello list:
Does anyone know of a simple reminder app that does something like the
following:
1. launch the app and a screen pops up asking you for the text of the
reminder, time you want it to go off, and a check box to have it repeat
so many times per day?
Thanks,
Doug
