Hi Kawal,
That sounds, well, precisely like what I tried to do.  How strange and 
frustrating that it worked for you and not for me.
I recall reading something on this list about boot camp and OS X versions over 
10.6.4, but cannot for the life of me remember what it was.  Might anybody be 
able to enlighten me?  My OS X DVD appears to have 10.6.4…
