Hi,

Normally, I've seen this happen after the "You are running on Reserve Power" 
dialog appear.  If you quickly get the power adapter connected, things are OK 
but if you lose VO or just wait too long, I've seen this happen numerous times. 
 Turning VO off then back on again fixes it just fine.  Maybe it's a bug but 
I've never worried about it because it seemed to be consistently happening only 
in the above situation,. for me in any case.
