Hi Nancy! Yes I've came across this! As far as I can tell it happens when you have tried to open a message before it is all there! Now when vo says 5 added or something like that I wait a few sec's before opening! And I just sit on the message list and open with enter and either delete from there or command+w to close! hth Colin
