I don't believe they are. Since these are backup programs, they request admin access, and I don't think apple allows any apps in the app store that do that. Fortunately, they're easy to download and install, I think super duper's site is shirtpocket.com, not sure about ccc, but google should be able to help you there. Ccc is fully functional, and you can make a donation if you choose. Super duper will do a drive clone, and you can purchase an unlock code for some extra features. The great thing about both of these programs is that you can boot from an external drive once the backup is complete, and this would allow you to restore your system totally without sighted help.
