Hi Matthew! Well I had the same problem! However I noticed that if you set up the hotspot within the message field of the mailbox in question you get that problem! But if you set up in the mailbox list EG. inbox, Drafts, sent and so on! They do work and then you'll have to go to message field from there! But watch out [as I found out] the hotspot puts you in edit mode and I deleted my personal mailbox name! [undo command came in useful] Also I think it is just as fast whilst in the mailbox table to just type the first or first few letters of the mailbox and that gets there quite quick! So I've stopped using the hotspots! hth Colin
