Hi James: The accessibility of the iWorks suite has been the subject of many a discussion here. There is some room for improvement. But, people are using the applications with some success. Please have a look at the archives from this group for boatloads of commentary on their accessibility as well as helpful tips and links to podcasts and tutorials.
