Ok, so if you have a bunch of applications on your mac, I would think you'd want to organize those in the launch pad like you can with the IOS devices. It has been stated that drag and drop doesn't work in there, nor does the familiar double tap and hold to move an app. So how do you move apps? Also, have you found that the launch pad gives you access to those troublesome apps whose icons don't show up for voice over in the apple menu bar?
