Hi, Yes, the partition is accessible, however, like I said in a previous post, if you have to connect to the internet via wifi, that's currently inaccessible with VO as of now. I emailed apple accessibility regarding said issue, and am waiting for a response back. So in the meantime, I'd strongly recommend making a DVD of the installer.
