Hello Allison, Any voices that are not showing up can be reactivated by going into VoiceOver Utility, Speech, and clicking on the Default Voice popup menu. Select Customise, and you'll find a table with all the voices. I think you'll find that your missing voices have become unchecked in the table. Just Check them and they'll appear. I even lost Alex this way yesterday.
